Upper cabinets are inset with flat, stepped inside edges. Doors have Blum soft close hinges. Drawers are constructed from maple dovetail drawer boxes. Upper cabinet pulls are the Willow Series in light antique bronze from Schaub and Company. The backsplash was designed by Mckeithan Design Studio and custom cut by New Ravenna.

The kitchen sink is a green, concrete, apron front  with a stainless steel pull down Elkay faucet. There is also a Mayan pewter, textured, undermount prep sink in the island. A pop of color is added to the island with 2X8 red Anne Sacks tile on the back side, installed in a horizontal stack.

Countertops are white macaubus.

Appliances include a 48” Dual Fuel Wolf Range and a 48” Subzero Refrigerator.

Between the kitchen and living room are custom columns constructed from beech wood, tongue and groove, horizontal planks.

The fireplace has 12X24 tile in a vertical, brick pattern. There are floating zebrawood cabinets on each side, with full overlay, flat panel doors and shelving above.

Perimeter cabinets are inset, two toned with flat panel doors and drawers. Cabinet frames are made from beech wood with Sherwin Williams Friendly Yellow door fronts in a satin finish. Doors and drawers have Blum soft close hinges and drawer glides. Drawers are constructed from maple dovetail drawer boxes. Cabinet knobs and pulls are distressed copper from Hafele. The beautiful, white powder coated range hood was built by Ferrin Ironworks in Nashville. Anne Sacks vertical tile is stacked behind the range with a steel strip for hanging magnets and utensils. Upper cabinets have undercabinet lighting with Anne Sacks gray penny tile installed on the wall behind.

The island is constructed from white oak with blue, distressed finish. End panels are backlit with custom etched glass insets. A custom steel top by Ferrin Ironworks and a large concrete farm sink gives the space an industrial look that balances with the clean, mid-century cabinets. Cage pendant lights from Schoolhouse Electric are hung over the island.

The bar was constructed from reclaimed palette wood in a random vertical pattern and dark stain. Steel shelving above was made by Ferrin Ironworks with SchoolHouse Electric wall sconces above.

Dining area has a dark stained table with industrial seating and a Plaza Brass Chandelier from Schoolhouse Electric above.

The wall between the original living room and dining room was removed and the ceiling vaulted to open up the space. Then an Orla Kiely wallpaper from Harlequin was used as a fun accent wall.

Upper cabinets have Adorne Undercabinet Lighting. Cabinet knobs and pulls are the Asbury Satin Nickel from Restoration Hardware. Walls are tiled in a white subway tile with a framed herringbone glass tile behind the range.

The island is constructed from quarter sawn white oak with a two part gray, white wash to give it a soft look. Doors and drawers are inset with shaker style panels. Grande island legs made by Osborne. The island also includes a stainless steel, undermount sink with an Antique Pewter Waterstone faucet and soap dispenser.

Appliances include a KitchenAid range and hood, as well as a KitchenAid Side by Side Refrigerator.

Custom columns were built between the kitchen and living area for structural support that also opens up the space. The columns were designed to match the kitchen cabinets and tie everything together.
